Drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up.
then;
For Breakfast:
Drink a cup of tea without sugar and about 300ml of yoghurt.
For Lunch:
Vegetable Soup and about 300ml yoghurt.
For Dinner:
same as lunch.
For evening eat some fruits like banana, apple etc and 300ml yoghurt.

For Lunch:

For Dinner:
