Let's start;
Sri Lankan Pol Roti also known as Coconut Roti. very delicious and a very famous food in Sri Lanka.
Let's pick the Ingredients:
- About 200g of wheat flour.
- Grated Coconut.
- Cup of Water.
- Salt.
- Chili powder
- Big onion
Ok then, Let's see how to make Pol Roti.
Add wheat flour to a bowl and add 3 tea spoons of salt. Then mix it well with one hand full of grated coconut. after that add water until you get a hard paste. If you like you can add some (onion pieces, carrot, curry leaves etc.. for an extra taste) then make it like a ball. (see the picture).

After that you have to make it like a dish shaped. (see the picture below)

Finally you have to cook it on a pan until it take brownish colour.

Now you have finish the cooking of pol roti. now you have to make a lunu miris(chilli onion paste) for eat with roti as a curry.
Cut the big onion in to little pieces add chilli powder or chilli crisps and little amount of salt. mix it well or grind it.
finally add some lime juice.
Now you finished making Pol Roti and Lunu Miris!
